When you are ready to order, call (510.795.6433), FAX (510.795.6434) or email us
(karl@felperin.com) to discuss your requirements. Being a small shop, we are
able to be flexible in meeting your needs for special modifications, woods and
finishes. You may have special requirements for shipping, etc. Small changes can
often be accommodated at little or no extra charges.
When we have jointly finalized your requirements, we will send you an
Acknowledgment of Order. This acknowledges your unique requirements, includes
detailed drawings and specifications which we will meet, freight charges,
together with an estimated delivery date. This acknowledgement and supporting
documentation can be sent either by mail, FAX, or by email as you wish.
If this is acceptable, we require a deposit of 1/3 of the total price in advance
to start creating your products. Our normal lead time is six weeks from receipt
of your deposit.
You will be notified immediately when your product(s) are finished. We will ship
your order when the remainder of the purchase price is paid. All orders will be
shipped prepaid with the freight charges clearly itemized. Since freight charges
vary with such things as the quantity being shipped, the method of delivery,
etc., it is impossible to quote delivery charges until your order is finalized.
