Blacker House Side
Chair #817 This is our adaptation of the famous Greene & Greene Robert R. Blacker House table of 1907. Decorative 1/4" square ebony plugs are used to both decorate and reinforce mortise and tenon joints. We have also included the six 3/8" square holes on the center rung of the chair. We have eliminated the ebony splines, brackets on the legs and carvings in the center rung, since we believe these decorative elements are not necessary to the chair and would raise the cost considerably.
